Brad DeVett is an “excellent” find and will be your “realtor for life.” We were lucky to find him by chance. His name and number was posted on a vacation home we often admired and dreamed about. We never thought we could afford a vacation home like that one, but called Brad anyway. THAT DREAM HOME IS NOW OURS!!! Not only did Brad make the purchase happen, but he sold our previous vacation home in 5 hours. That’s right, 5 hours!!!!! Brad is young, eager, and hungry. He goes the extra mile in all that he does. A perfect example of his extra mile is this: Before Brad listed our property, he, himself, went into the house and mopped, dusted, vacuumed, straightened-up and tidied and even cleaned-up and blew the entire yard. He then hired a professional photographer on his own dime who took incredible pictures of the house. It obviously paid off in a big way. He repeatedly went these extra miles – he even offered his muscles and truck at move-in time!
