Brad DeVett is an “excellent” find and will be your “realtor for life.” We were lucky to find him by chance. His name and number was posted on a vacation home we often admired and dreamed about. We never thought we could afford a vacation home like that one, but called Brad anyway. THAT DREAM HOME IS NOW OURS!!! Not only did Brad make the purchase happen, but he sold our previous vacation home in 5 hours. That’s right, 5 hours!!!!! Brad is young, eager, and hungry. He goes the extra mile in all that he does. A perfect example of his extra mile is this: Before Brad listed our property, he, himself, went into the house and mopped, dusted, vacuumed, straightened-up and tidied and even cleaned-up and blew the entire yard. He then hired a professional photographer on his own dime who took incredible pictures of the house. It obviously paid off in a big way. He repeatedly went these extra miles – he even offered his muscles and truck at move-in time! We will call on Brad for all of our future real estate endeavors and will continue to recommend him to all of our friends

I and my Wife were from out of state looking to retire in the city of lake havasu, a friend of the family referred us to Brad Devett. we give Brad 5 stars across the board, we called him and he stayed with us all the way. when ever we called he would answer his phone. or if we left a message he would get to us immediately. Negotiation skills indeed. always on your side and very Trustworthy. Brad definitely knows the city of Lake Havasu, az. For sure will refer to Brad to a family member or friend.

This was my first home purchase and working with Brad was very easy. He was very quick to respond to any questions I had (and I had alot). He was very helpful with negotiations with the sellers. He was able to help get some necessary repairs done through the sellers based on the home inspection. I would definitely work with him in any future home purchases I make.
